Bishop Billy McCool is a preacher in Knoxville, Tennessee. In the 1970, it was a time of recession. The economy was bad. People were oppressed and Bishop decided to start a campaign called, “It’s A Great Day!”. So with the help of the church they plastered, “It’s A Great Day!”, all over the city of Knoxville on billboards and everywhere you looked. He even flew a plane over Neyland Stadium that said, “It’s A Great Day!”, following behind it. It cost him 10,000. Now, 10,000 is a lot of money in the 70’s, it’s a lot pf money now. It was a large amount in the 70’s.

People who are extremely blessed don’t even know that they are blessed. I want to live in 2019 like it’s my last day. Why is it a great day? It’s because it is the day that the Lord hath made!

No matter what we are going through. No matter what we are facing. No matter what we have to deal with. That it’s still a great day. Every day that you wake up and you put your feet on the floor. It’s a great day! There will always be trails. There will always be tribulations. It’s still a great day! Another day that we are able to breath. We are able to hug family member. We are able to go to the house of God. Remember it is a blessed day and it is a GREAT day!.
